Meet Kenny

I’m Kenny, a visual creator from Sabah, Malaysia, now based in Kuala Lumpur. I have 18 years of professional photography experience and 10 years of experience teaching photography. I also previously owned two photography studios.

Live events are still where I love to create — close to people, observing changes and capturing fleeting moments. Today, I also bring that observation into AI and visual storytelling.

When we work together, I begin by listening: what matters to you, and what you want the images to express.

Music → Photography → AI

Music was my first way of expressing feelings I couldn’t put into words. Then one morning, passing an airport with my family, I saw birds moving through the mist above the runway. I wished I had a camera to keep that moment.

I began with a borrowed camera. With my family’s support, I got my first DSLR, studied photography and became a professional photographer. The work brought me into the lives of people I might never otherwise have met.

Today, I’m also exploring AI to create images that once felt beyond the reach of a location, a budget or a shoot. That same wish is still with me: to give the things I see, feel and imagine a form that someone else can experience.
